Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must not have been substantially used or consumed beyond initial evaluation.
Our free add-ons and tools are provided as-is at no cost. Since no payment is made, refunds do not apply to free products.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
